AEX is based in Ohio and provides specialized help for commercial real estate loans and business financing throughout the United States.

The AEX Referral Program allows anyone to refer commercial funding opportunities and receive compensation upon completion of financing.

In addition to commercial loan brokers, referral agents can be friends, relatives, business colleagues, or advisors. With this program, AEX performs all of the necessary work: it is not necessary for the referring individual to have any knowledge of commercial real estate financing - business financing and a license is not required to receive referral fees from AEX.

With the AEX Small Business Loans Training Program, AEX Commercial Financing Group is helping prospective commercial loan and commercial mortgage brokers to acquire essential skills.

Brokers will need to separately complete applicable licensing requirements. The AEX Referral Program can produce short-term income until brokers complete the AEX Training Program. As noted above, a license is not necessary to receive the referral fee payments.

We will also appreciate referrals to individuals who are not commercial loan candidates but which might benefit from our services and advice.

Examples include commercial realtors, commercial bankers, CPAs and attorneys. Please note that these introductions will not be included in our referral program unless there is an immediate connection to specific business loans.
